eForms is a web-based application developed to allow the customers to apply forms for various products online, to save their precious time when they visit the branch to complete the application process. Once the customers submit the application, a list of required documents will be presented to them, so that they knows what documents should bring with them when they visit the branch for the actual process, to avoid causing any inconvenience for the customers resulting from going back and forth to get the required documents.
eForms application is intended for Internet users, it has a simple and friendly graphical user interface, available across multiple browsers, operating systems and via mobile devices, it support Arabic and English languages, and it has security check using one time password.
The system can archive the eForms in a special queue developed to store requests based on the selected specific features, this will help in tracking the information through the organization.
