Gifts management system is an internal web-based portal developed to systematize the corporate gifts, in order to better streamline the prospect gifts and support the sales activities. Corporate gifts is a gift given to customers on behalf of a corporate, to thank them for their past business, to cement the relationship, encourage customers continued business, and spread words about corporate products, to make themselves memorable in customers’ minds.
Gifts management system built based on workflow engine, which allows the authorized users to define a gift order within the their budget, by selecting the products and Add-ons to be add to that order, the order will be monitored and tracked until it arrives to the customer.
The system has notification engine that shows an alert to the users when new order request arrives for approval, and for new arrived messages.
The system offers comprehensive reports helps the corporate officers in tracking gifts orders, and provides information about the Inventory and budget.

Orders
This module provides the ability to add gifts orders, by detecting the product(s) and Add-on(s). The total price for products and Add-ons must be within the user budget.
Budget
This module provides the ability to manage, set and activate/deactivate departments budget and their funds in the system.
Products
This module provides the ability to manage, add and activate/deactivate products and Add-ons in the system.
Users
This module provides the ability to manage and add users and detect their role and department in the system.
Reports: shows the Terminals information
- Order Report: This report provides information about gifts orders; created date, total order price, list of products and orders status.
- Inventory Report: This report provides information about the inventory; products, products price, products quantity,
and products Period of validity.
- Budget Report: This report provides information about the departments’ budget and the amount of funds for each.
